Investment Update (19 July 2011) – JB Global Income and Equity Accelerator Series 7 – iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Fund The first Coupon Determination Date for the Income & Equity Accelerator - Series 7 was 14 July 2011. As at this date the Unit price for the investment was $1.12. The Issue Price paid by Investors was $1.00 per Unit meaning the underlying investment has appreciated by 12% over the first 12 months. We are therefore pleased to inform Investors that the JB Global Income and Equity Accelerator Series 7 – iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Fund will be paying the maximum Coupon for the first year. The Coupon amount Investors will receive is 8.1% of their total Investment Amount.
